tcmts.registry.shownRelease · #flpumsjv · term · runs anywhere

Whether a release is one the registry shows, and attributes anything by: mirrored (checked against its author's signed record), or withdrawn after it was. A pending or failed one names nobody's code: anyone can announce someone else's namespace hash, and theirs fails.
