uses tcmts.react.useAppLinks, which uses tcmts.react.router, which uses tcmts.react.createRouter, which uses IntersectionObserver

tcm studio (tcm studio runs it, on this machine only): a codebase to work in from the browser. Its overview (what got worse and why, what's running, agents, scratch files, what needs fixing), its code as the forge shows it, each definition with how it runs, scratch files to edit in the browser and update the codebase with, what tcm runs on it (tcm ps's, with jobs and the machine's slots), its traces, and its history, branches and releases. Every page renders on the server from the codebase (TCM_SHARE_CODEBASE, or this app's own, under tcm dev). tcm dev tcmts.studio.App serves tcm's own codebase while you work on it.
