The tools that take live: those that change code, tcm_test, and those that read the codebase (what they print is the tcm's that prints it). Not tcm_job (a job is the session's, whichever tcm runs it), tcm_guide, or tcm_cli (its live runs the command with the codebase's own tcm, rather than asking another server).
