The live option of the tools that change code, of tcm_test, and of the ones that read the codebase (what each
says is shaped by the tcm that says it): they run the codebase's own tcm (a package of it whose command is tcm),
as it is now, rather than this server's, the last one released or verified. For developing tcm in its own
codebase: a change to how tcm edits, reports or shows code, used before it's verified.
